Twelve New Indexes

CME will begin disseminating twelve (12) new indexes listed in Exhibit 1, on the attached page.  These indexes will be transmitted every 15 seconds, with an Exchange Code of “M” via Channel 3 of CME’s MDP.

The usual display fees for S&P Index data will not apply to any display of these Indexes, whether made to individual subscribers or on public websites.  For all other S&P Indexes, the standard fees apply.  This waiver is effective immediately until further notice from CME.

Note:  There will be no corresponding futures contracts listed at this time.

S&P Biofuel Indexes – Name Change

As reported in notice Q2007-165, CME will begin disseminating three new S&P GSCI Biofuel Indexes on July 16, 2007.  Please note the name changes as indicated below :
